Curly Cow
"Curly Cow"
22" x 22"
oil on canvas
sold
This is a commission I just completed for a collector.
My friend humorously calls it a "cowmission".
The show is tonight from 5-8pm -
I'll have all the new paintings up!
(they look so much better in person than on this silly monitor)

Oil on gessoboard

Workshops are a lot harder than I anticipated. By the time I left I was sooo ready to take a nap! I didn't even get a photo of what I worked on. By the time I left my head was so full of information. The main thing I learned was I need to know the color wheel like it's my second language. It was all about color, value, temperature, so much I can't even explain.
I definitely got out of it what I needed. Tomorrow I go out to find a color wheel.
